Between late Autumn and early Spring (tree planting season), we can offer tree planting days ‘Trees for Bees’ and would like to invite schools and education groups to come and learn about the link between pollinating insects and trees as important habitats.

We can tailor a Trees for Bees day to suit the age, key stage and term topic of the group you wish to bring. We invite your group to help us with an essential woodland maintenance task; such as clearing brambles & weeds from the young trees in the community woodland. Following this, children will also have the opportunity to plant trees on the farm whilst learning some interesting wildlife facts about the tree species.
