This year our AGM on Thursday 17th November at the St Just W.I. Hall (Church St, St Just, Penzance TR19 7HA) is a three-part event.
2:30-6pm Throughout the afternoon, all members of the community are welcome to drop- in to the WI Hall to hear about and inform our forward plans. Come and have your say at our consultation event any time from 2:30pm. You are invited to bring a plate to share for a ‘pot luck’ tea at 5pm too!
5pm Pot Luck tea – bring a plate to share
6pm-7:30 This is the more formal AGM meeting also held at the WI Hall.
There will also be a zoom link for the AGM meeting for any share-holders who are unable to join us in person.
