During January we have dug up some delicious carrots and parsnips and potatoes, as well as pak choi, salad leaves, watercress and celery from our polytunnels and black winter radish. We have also been supplementing our own produce with locally grown, organic cabbages, kale, swede and celeriac (from Crowlas).

Here are some of our small veg boxes from January.
