WHAT IS COMMUNITY SUPPORT AGRICULTURE (CSA)

Community Supported Agriculture projects can be organised in many ways from a community working the land directly right through to an established farmer promoting a box scheme that might use some of their land to grow food for specific interested individuals. It is likely that the St Just CSA will have a membership, and a Management Group overseeing a farmer paid to grow the food. The Bosavern Farm group have already identified an experienced local farmer who is interested in the project and enthusiastic at the possibilities that Bosavern Farm could give.
